hey,
i lost my entire profile, all my pics and testimonials and all the tribes i signed up to belong to. one day i logged in and they were all gone. i still had a profile with two pics and a profile pic, but everything else was gone. people have been telling me in person they have been sending me messages through tribe, but i haven't gotten any of these in this new two pic profile that comes up every time i log in now. how can i get back to my old profile with all my stuff????

Sun, March 29, 2009 - 11:12 PMCan you point me to something you posted in one of the tribes? It should still be there even if it's by "unsubscribed" ... that will point me to your old profile and I can try to recover it. You can send the information to help@tribe.net and I'll take it from there.
