  Kinda sounds like tribe.net. But there is no likelihod of confusion by the consumers, so there's no prospect for a trademark infringement lawsuit. Know why not?
  
  Because everyone knows tribe.net is run by crazy people, for crazy people. twibes, by contrast, has nothing to do with crazy people.

    Such a pleasant thought. Except for the fact there's no grounds for a lawsuit. Unless of course you're suggesting that Tribe outright owns the word and concept of a tribe. I'm thinking, for one, Aboriginal American communities might have something to say about that. Perhaps even Merriam Webster.
