Kinda sounds like tribe.net. But there is no likelihod of confusion by the consumers, so there's no prospect for a trademark infringement lawsuit. Know why not?
Because everyone knows tribe.net is run by crazy people, for crazy people. twibes, by contrast, has nothing to do with crazy people.

Unless of course you're suggesting that Tribe outright owns the word and concept of a tribe. I'm thinking, for one, Aboriginal American communities might have something to say about that. Perhaps even Merriam Webster. -
